Leeds Metropolitan University is a successful and expanding University. The Vice-Chancellor's accommodation, together with all central administration
functions, will be relocated to an existing site in Queen Square.

As Design Team leaders for this project, Allen Tod has been commissioned as part of a framework agreement with LMU, to design the refurbishment and conversion of an existing terrace of Grade 2 listed Georgian buildings, a
refurbishment of adjacent modern office accommodation and a new-build element.

The design concept revolves around the creation of a dynamic and cohesive development, which respects the period quality and nature of the existing buildings and provides a modern, fully serviced working environment.
